Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • United States: DHL super Express 1–3 business days
  • United Kingdom & European Union: Standard 5–7 business days | DHL superExpress 1–3 business days
  • International:Standard 5–7 business days | DHL superExpress 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees. These are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Silver Postures. If import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not paid by the recipient and the package is returned to us, the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend you το pay any taxes as fast as possible to avoid extra "Storage" charges imposed by customs

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking information confirms that your order has been lost during transit, we take full responsibility for the shipment.

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Silver Posturesis not responsible for "lost" or "stolen" items. If your package is missing, please first check with the shipping carrier, and then contact us for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your watch. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Window:

  • EU & UK customers: within 14 days of delivery
  • US & International customers: within 28 days of delivery

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Protective films must remain intact
  • No resizing, strap adjustments, or modifications
  • Original packaging, box, manuals, and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Engraved or customized watches
  • Limited edition items marked non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email [Support Email] with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges:

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For a different model, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Failure to report within 48 hours may affect eligibility.

Warranty

All Silver Postures watches include a 12-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches to case, crystal, or strap
  • Battery replacement
  • Water damage beyond rated resistance
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

When will I get my order?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after confirmation. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:


Greece: 1–3 business days
USA: 1–3 business days
EU International orders: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures (for international shipments), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email + receipt of your order.

After your order has been processed and dispatched, a second email will be sent to you containing your shipment confirmation and tracking number. This email will include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package in real time through the courier’s website.

If you do not receive the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. Should you require further assistance, you may contact our customer support team for additional information.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If the tracking information confirms that your order has been lost during transit, we take full responsibility for the shipment.

Once the loss has been officially verified by the courier, we will promptly offer you either a replacement of the item at no additional cost or a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.

If you believe your package may be lost, please contact our customer support team with your order number so we can investigate the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your order.

Please note that international shipments to USA may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Is my payment information secure?

Your payment information is always fully secure.

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is managed by Shopify and complies with strict industry security standards. Shopify Payments uses advanced encryption technology and is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring that your payment details are protected at all times.

We do not store or have direct access to your full payment information.
